Files on CD-ROM will not run due to improperly inserted CD.

Cause:

The CD-ROM was not properly inserted into the drive.

Solution:

Remove the CD from the CD-ROM drive, and re-insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive, making sure that the bottom surface is positioned onto the disk tray of the drive.
NOTE: Allow the CD-ROM drive time to 'spin-up' the disk before attempting to access the CD-ROM.
